  • Within Australia

    • Untracked letters: 4-7 business days from shipping date

    • Tracked parcels: 3-5 business days from shipping date

    International:

    • Untracked letters: 15-20 business days from shipping date

    • Tracked parcels: 5-10 business days from shipping date

  • All items are sent from Sydney, Australia

  • Shipping will be calculated at the checkout depending on the items you have in your cart. Some small, flat items such as stickers will be sent by untracked letter mail to reduce shipping costs.

  • At the moment, ALL SALES in my store are final. However, if something in your order is damaged or missing, please reach out to me using the contact form or send an email to bearberetstudio@gmail.com

  • If you did not recieve a tracking number, your order most likely only contains flat items that can be sent by letter mail, such as stickers.

    If you have ordered a larger item and still have not gotten a tracking number, please email me at bearberetstudio@gmail.com

  • If you would like to make changes to your order or have made a mistake, please contact me at bearberetstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours.

    Any changes after this time may not be available as the order will have already been processed.
